The Orchid Cosy playhouse from Playland.

This beautifully designed playhouse includes a chimney on the roof and unique looking apex roofline with matching door style. Features a single door with peep-hole single diamond shaped window and two front triangle shaped windows.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality timber.

Child safe styrene glazed windows. All wood has been dip treated with a water based treatment.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied or alternatively can be delivered and built by Playland if required. This option can be selected once added to the basket.

10 years against wood rot.

Note: Supplied pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection. In order to receive the full anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturers instructions. This will ensure the 10 year anti-rot guarantee.
