The 7ft x 7ft Solis Corner Summerhouse from Hallmark.

The Solis is a Traditional style summerhouse featuring full height styrene glazed windows complete with pre-hung doors and pre-hung windows.

All wood has been dip treated with a water based treatment.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality timber.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied or alternatively can be delivered and built by Hallmark if required. This option can be selected once added to the basket.

Note: Supplied pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection. In order to receive the full anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturers instructions. This will ensure the 10 year anti-rot guarantee.
