The Dutch Barn style playhouse from Playland features a single door with safety hinge, plus four fixed windows complete with decorative shutters to side window.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality timber.

Child safe styrene glazed windows. All wood has been dip treated with a water based treatment.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied or alternatively can be delivered and built by Playland if required. This option can be selected once added to the basket.

10 years against wood rot.

Note: Supplied pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection. In order to receive the full anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturers instructions. This will ensure the 10 year anti-rot guarantee.

The playhouse arrived very quickly, it had easy to follow instructions and went up very fast. The children love playing in it and it has enough space for five children to play together in it without causing any problems.A very good buy and I would recomend this playhouse to all my friends.
