After being let down by Fun4Kids.com on the same item for my daughters Christmas present (they took my money but didn't deliver goods) it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company. Excellent Service. Ordered easily with quick delivery. Great Communication - I knew exactly when it was coming and was provided with the delivery company name and tracking number. Had not realised these were actual trees we were buying, just thought they were wooden poles. You can actually count the rings. My daughter informs me the swing set is between 9 and eleven years old. Marvellous, we are very impressed

Have reduced the award by one star as we still have concerns regarding the cracks in the wood. We have read the leaflet and it is reassuring, but will be in touch if the wood does not recover.

As others have pointed out regarding delivery, your people do not always follow instructions left for them. my back garden is not in front of the garage door. The swing set itself we are really impressed by and as I found out after returning home, very heavy.
