The Cottage playhouse from Shire is a two storey playhouse complete with balustrade and ladder.

This great apex-roofed playhouse features a single front door with diamond window, fixed windows and 1 opening window with matching criss cross effect.

Upstairs area is 166 x 73cm and comes complete with balustrade and ladder.

Window boxes can be purchased once added to basket.

Manufactured to European safety standard EN71, using superior quality FSC approved smoothed pine.

Constructed from superior cladding style tongue and groove interlocking boards.

Child safe styrene glazed windows. Wood has a basecoat treatment in a honey brown industrial product.

Full instructions for assembly are supplied and additional options can be selected once added to the basket.
